Thank you for choosing Sweet Peas’ Candles! We strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for deliveries within the continental United States.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended, but we will do our best to notify you of any delays.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard shipping services for all orders within the continental United States.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Select items may take longer to arrive due to federal postal regulations.
- If any delays become known to us, we will email you immediately with a new estimated time of arrival.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking number to be available.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.
Delivery Issues:
- Sometimes delivery will be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. i.e. inclement weather, natural disasters, or postal services problems. In this unfortunate event we will notify you immediately with a new estimated time of arrival.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. If the provided address is incorrect, we may not be able to reroute the package, and additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Sweet Peas’ Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and consider tracking your package closely to prevent any potential issues.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.
